A local man is under arrest, accused of using Broward Sheriff's Office deputies to unknowingly harass two men he was stalking, according to police.

Deputies said Richard Collazo, 47, was already under a court order to stay away from Adrian Trujillo and Thomas Cross.

The order was placed against Collazo after he was accused of harassing and being repeatedly violent against Trujillo and Cross.

While under that order, deputies said Collazo made four false report calls to law enforcement regarding criminal activity at Cross and Trujillo's home in Oakland Park. The calls happened between November and January.

According to the arrest affidavit, Collazo claimed that drugs were being sold and people were being tortured at the home.

Several times, deputies woke up Trujillo and Cross in the middle of the night to investigate these false reports.

After an investigation, deputies were able to track down the unknown caller through phone records. They then said Collazo's voice matched the voice on the taped calls to BSO.

On Tuesday, deputies arrested Collazo when he walked into the BSO District Office in Oakland Park to file a police report.

While being interviewed, Collazo told deputies that wires had been placed inside his colon. He claimed Trujillo and Cross used their computer to activate those wires and send electric shocks through his body.

Collazo was arrested and taken to the BSO main jail. He's charged with aggravated stalking, misuse of the 911 system and violation of probation.
